         <description><![CDATA[<p>It has an omelete that has carbohydrates for our body. Also it has some biscuits that have some sugar and it benefits us giving energy. It has  also two slices of bread with olive oil that gives us some proteins. For drinking we have a bowl of cola cao that it has some sugar and also it has some milk so we receive some calcium. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In this picture I can see two slice of salmon an apple and a mango and this lunch is healthy because the fruit they provide an important vitamin (vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, folic acid) and mineral (potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, silica, zinc, sulfates, phosphates, chlorides) contribution. They provide fiber, mainly cellulose and pectins and the salmon is healthy because It is an excellent source of protein and minerals such as iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, iron and calcium. The contribution of vitamins helps the proper functioning of the thyroid and intestine. It contains a high amount of vitamin D, which helps the formation of bone structure and therefore strengthens bones.</p>]]></description>
