  • Remove     institutional barriers - Have a clear and transparent process only up to     Dean level for collaboration with outside stakeholders. Currently the     process is too difficult 
  • Utilize and leverage our     strengths / resources within our team – many faculty have connections to     the community through volunteer work etc. Have SWF time to sit on boards     and to be engaged with community  - this will ultimately raise the     profile of Sheridan as an institution
