The paintings of Ajanta caves are the most significant early indian paintings.<br><br><br>Indian paintings provide an artistic variety that covers from the early civilization to the present day.Indian paintings have evolved from being basically religious in purpose to a fusion  of various cultures and traditions. substantially,Indian paintings are classified as murals and miniatures Murals are large artworks don on the walls of solid structures,just like the Ajanta caves and the kailashnath temple.MIniature paintings in turn are usually done for books or albums or drawn on paper or cloth. Moreover, with the spread of buddhism, indian paintings were usually done on the walls of the palaces and houses of the well-to-do indians usually done on stonewalls and surfaces. </div>]]></description>

It is located in the center of Delhi and houses a number of museums.
