Adaption is where I'm at as a teacher. Because the kids are using technology but the lessons are teacher driven. moreover the student is exploring and individualize using technology tools. I feel Infusion is very possible for me to achieve because as the students use the technology to help other students learn the objective they are give different choices to obtain the same outcome.

I see my kids as being actively involved, but not moving beyond that step into collaboration. For myself, I think I am at an adoption level of integration, where students are being shown how to directly use various tech tools, but are not confident enough to be independently using these tools.

Thanks for sharing. I good strategy to get kids to collaborate is to Flex Group your kids. Set up your class so kids can sit in groups and your can group them according to their learning style, interests or ability. Goal is to get the to help each other out in their learning.

A simple way to get kids to take more initiative in their learning is to pose them with a problem or challenge they need to figure out. Let them know they must research and provide evidence for their findings. This will prompt them to explore and research tools to help them reach their goal.
