         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Between adoption and adaptation<br><br>We feel that in order to truly get to the adaptation phase and beyond, we need more technology. There isn't really anything administration can do without taking devices from one grade level and giving them to us. We thought maybe (if it is possible) we could get devices from 2nd and 4th while they go to specials to help??</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We believe our grade level is between adoption and adaptation.&nbsp;<br><br>Our students are beginning to access technology tools, and some are self directed, some are teacher directed.&nbsp;<br><br>We believe that these conversations will be helpful in furthering technology integration. We also would like administration to continue to provides models and examples of the adaptation phase. </div>]]></description>

We are beginning to see improvement with the students accessing the Dreambox and MyOn consistently without the help of their teacher. We are also discussing/working towards adding more technology tools other than Dreambox and MyOn. Administration can help us by continuing to provide more examples of adaptation.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
