Between adoption and adaptation

We feel that in order to truly get to the adaptation phase and beyond, we need more technology. There isn't really anything administration can do without taking devices from one grade level and giving them to us. We believe that these conversations will be helpful in furthering technology integration. I'm excited to see what is going on in your classrooms! I know devices are limited, can you stagger the start dates of some of your projects and then pool your devices as a grade level? That way not everyone needs them on the same day and at the time ...or would you still need them for MyOn and Dreambox?

We are beginning to see improvement with the students accessing the Dreambox and MyOn consistently without the help of their teacher. We are also discussing/working towards adding more technology tools other than Dreambox and MyOn. Administration can help us by continuing to provide more examples of adaptation.
