It's also important for teachers to foster problem-solving and creative skills.          <description><![CDATA[<p>I like : that there are a good variety of teacher mentors from different backgrounds who can give us feedback from different perspective</p><p>I wish:  You can put new teachers in a workshop that models the IVP program itself where now the teachers are the students, and the mentors are the teachers.</p><p>What if: </p><p>1) Destructured the sessions</p><p>-Students encountered "stuck points" at different times. Hence, a structured innovation clinic may not be so suitable if the query is urgent and even if it's a very short query. </p><p>2) Post questions to an email when we have problems 24/7 will be good (but you need not answer immediately, maybe within 3 working days)- I think teachers may prefer an email then the hotline which everybody can see?</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

What if ... these sessions are recorded/edited/compiled as next year learning resources for teachers</p><p>.  </p>]]></description>
