I believe that it is vital to be confident in making decisions and influence the team. I would also need to back it up with RESPONSIBILITY since the team relies on the leader and and it is important to imprint in my mind that in every mistake that I make as a leader, the team is also gonna go down with me. This quality will remind me to always think about others and not be selfish. Lastly, the quality which is also very important for a leader is HONESTY.
