1) Apply "pit stops" to different cultures and backgrounds during a lesson.

2) Trying to understand your students can get you insight of what they are into and what they're background looks like.

3) Establishing goals with in the program of what needs to be done and what's, wanted to be do.

4) Celebrate cultural events like holidays, giving them a space to be celebrated.
