The more salt added to the water the denser it will become. 
    The density of an egg is slightly more than fresh water, so the egg will sink. If it is put in salty water, it will float because the salt-water solution is denser than the egg.

All the eggs floated because I put too much salt. I used increments of tablespoons in each cup, which was to large.
    The second time I did the project I used increments of 1/8 +teaspoons which was not enough to make the eggs float.
