An example of this is Jacob. A reason that Jacob is pure in heart is when he went back to his brother to get his forgiveness, even though he could have stayed home and be bitter about his brother wanting to kill him, he went out and didn't even send an army before him and instead sent gifts. Yah realized he had a pure heart and sent down an angel. Then Jacob grabbed onto the angle and refused to let him go until he gave him a blessing eventually Jacob got the blessing.
