In society, when women interview for jobs, they are often asked if they have children or plan to have children.
a. Women are affected by this discrimination when seeking work.
b. We think these questions are meaningless and have nothing to do with a person's ability to do a good job. When men interview for jobs, they often look at the man's education level or other skills related to the job. And when women interview for jobs, they're not just looking at education level and some skills, they're also looking at whether they have children or plan to have children, which we think is unequal.
c. Gender inequality at work is largely due to reproductive issues, Eliminating gender differences in maternity leave, such as men accompanying women on maternity leave, would make some of the problems faced by companies unisex.
d. We believe that this course of action can reduce the discrimination for women in the job market but its only small steps, the main cause of this problem is the relevant government policy cannot give female enough support, and their should be more restriction for companies.
e. The Me Too or #MeToo movement, is a social movement against sexual abuse and sexual harassment where people publicize allegations of sex crimes.Yes we all understand the core of this movement and we will all stand out when facing sexism. But so far we havent faced anything in real life yet, we can only support this movement on the internet.

a.I have seen some news on the discrimination against women in the workplace. Some companies will refuse to include women who are married or planning to get married because they feel that women have to give birth and take vacations and delay work and time. Some companies even fired women when they were pregnant and were on leave.
b.c.I think company managers need to take a correct view of women’s childbirth and maternity leave from the perspective of respecting women. The government has now issued relevant policies to prohibit this behavior.
d.Strive for gender equality, improve the level of social civilization. The degree of civilization of a country depends on its attitude towards the disadvantaged group, and women were the disadvantaged group before, slowly striving for independence.
e.I think the meaning of "me Too" is that men and women are equal and fundamentally there is no difference,Oppose discriminatory views on gender, I have participated and promoted gender equality through online platforms

Example：questioning the professional competence of women because of their biological sex.
1. Women, because of their biological differences women are often discriminated against in the workplace. According to the survey, only 17.37% of women believe that gender equality has been achieved in the workplace, while nearly 80% of women believe that gender equality has not been achieved. The proportion of men who believe that gender equality has not been achieved is 58.41%. This shows that the female group feels far more unequal than men in the workplace. The top three types of workplace discrimination that women are likely to suffer from are: "more job opportunities for men under the same conditions", "being asked about marriage or childbirth during the interview stage", "narrow promotion channels and encountering career bottlenecks earlier"; followed by "difficult to get a job". "This is followed by "difficulty in getting into senior management" and "different pay for the same work between men and women".
2. When we talk about sex discrimination, we can’t just talk about women. Men will also suffer from sex discrimination. Just like sexual harassment, men also suffer from sexual harassment. It's just that under the general environment, women are more likely to suffer from gender discrimination, so we often ignore the problems of men. When encountering gender discrimination, don't persuade, don't compromise. On the premise of being able to discern what is sex discrimination, give yourself the right to choose!
3. In view of gender discrimination, we should first correct our own mentality, do not use the image of victims to face the public, do more efforts in work, try to climb within our own ability to those places more friendly to women, to pursue excellence and peace.
4. This is the best way to protect yourself. Taking these approaches will show those who practice subterfuge in the workplace our attitude and fear of the law, and incidents of subterfuge in the workplace may be reduced.
5. I haven't participated , but I believe that every student will have some troubles in the future. What we need to do is to do our best to refuse sexism

a）Women are the most vulnerable to gender discrimination in the workplace. Women may be out of senior positions or 11 into roles seen to require stereotypically 'feminine' skills when women are concentrated in a certain field, men will have more opportunities for promotion, take more senior posts and earn higher salaries.

b）I think gender discrimination in the workplace is very unfair to women, and we need to do our best to eliminate this unfair phenomenon. So the country enacted the Sex Discrimination Act to protect women's legal rights in the workplace. For women who are discriminated against, they can find lawyers and protect themselves by law.

c- equal rights should be set, so there would be no discrimination between gender.

d- if women would take action that could lead to bright changes

e）“Me too” is a hashtag that went viral on social media in October 2017 to condemn sexual assault and harassment after the Harvey Weinstein incident. To be honest, I did not encounter this kind of thing in real life, I just follow it on the Internet And help women who suffer from gender discrimination, and give them some words of encouragement.

When I was in high school, some boys were discussing a problem and a girl overheard and expressed her opinion, but the boys said why do you women interfere when we men are talking. Because in some parts of China men are chauvinistic. The girl who heard this was very angry and said that men and women are equal and that this should not happen. I think we need to speak up about these things and try to fight for the rights that women deserve and achieve relative gender equality. I will seek the teacher's consent and then hold a debate on this incident so that more students can think and study the issue of gender equality. If we take the action of debate, more teachers and students will realize the existence of this problem and find a solution to it.We haven't attended, but we can find out about the online campaign to support and fight against sexism.
