b. We think these questions are meaningless and have nothing to do with a person's ability to do a good job. When men interview for jobs, they often look at the man's education level or other skills related to the job. And when women interview for jobs, they're not just looking at education level and some skills, they're also looking at whether they have children or plan to have children, which we think is unequal.

The proportion of men who believe that gender equality has not been achieved is 58.41%. This shows that the female group feels far more unequal than men in the workplace.
