I need to complete my degree in Human Resource Management, obtain my professional certs, follow it up with an MBA or executive MBA all while actively expanding my HR work experience.

As the completion of my degree in Human Resources Management comes with a SHRM-CP preparation course that allows me to be prepared to test and obtain the certification, my next goal would be to apply and purse a hybrid MBA from Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. I would prepare by taking the GMAT/GRE, compiling my transcripts/resume/letter of recommendations, and essays to submit with my application by Round 2 at the latest. As my professional work experience has prepared me for the interview process, I will do a few mock interviews as a refresher.
