As such, viewers are to discern the truth from the lies in what has been reported. News sources tend to sensationalise information so as to attract more viewers. However, by doing so they are showing themselves to be of an unreliable news source, having the exact opposite effect and losing their viewers. Hence, in order to have a larger audience, news outlets would have a priority on reporting the truth.
