If so, how does it present itself?
- In your opinion what is the most effective way to fight the exclusion of students with a mental illness?
- If you watched any of the videos, what was your biggest take away?
- Have you personally felt supported at your home school when it came to mental health rather when compared physical health policies?

Response to Question #3

I watched a few of these videos and watched some of them in class. By far, my favorite is A Tale of Mental Illness - From the Inside. My biggest takeaway from these videos has to be that often their mental illness doesn't get better until they find someone who treats and helps them as if they are a human being, not just a mental illness that needs to be cured. People often forget that people with mental illness are human and need to be treated like so. This is one reason your project is so cool, to break down stigma barriers so that people with mental illnesses can be treated like people, too, not second-class citizens. - Kelsey

I feel like mental health isn't highly supported at my home school, and I feel like there is only a few adults who have supported me and my mental health and now of which was a counselor because I feel like our counselors aren't really that opened and I know that's also the case with several other students at my school. I also wished we had a person of color as a counselor, if we had that I feel like students would be more comfortable. -Shylynn
