         <description><![CDATA[<div>February 23th 2023<br><br>Dear Sir,<br><br><br>Two weeks ago, I ordered a hair dryer from your online store (order reference #BD392190). Today the package arrived and when I opened it I realized that it was broken.&nbsp;<br><br>In addition to the fact that on the website it said that the package would arrive maximum in 3 days my package was late. One week ago I phoned your customer service line, and the person that I spoke to told me that the product would be arriving that day. However, I had to wait one more week.&nbsp;<br><br>I have already bought some things in your online store. Always your service had been great. The order reference is TG582.&nbsp;<br>The system told me that my items was in stock are&nbsp; delivered in one week.&nbsp;<br><br>I’m Amazon prime costumer and&nbsp; after one week anything arrived. The payment has been taken from my credit card. In the conditions I read that the order was going to be sent 19 February but five days passed and I haven’t&nbsp; received anything.&nbsp; I paid online with my debit card. Yesterday I phoned your costumer service whose name was Alicia Rodriguez, she was really rude and didn’t help with anything.
