Finally, is it a good idea to change some money here or can I get some when I arrive?

How are you? I hope you are fine! I’m writing to you because I know that you want to come to Chile and I’m very excited about it. I was thinking that you don't know anything about the country, but don't worry because I’m going to give you some advice to make your visit unforgettable. 

First, make sure you get a tourist visa. I know that you are from the United States, so remember to get a good book for your entertainment because it's going to be a long flight. If you want to visit Puerto Montt, you’ll have to buy an insect spray to make your trip more comfortable and of course it's a good idea to bring some warm clothes because the weather in that city is very cold. My last advice is that you don’t forget to bring your credit card because with that card you can withdraw money from an ATM. And you can get some money here, don't worry.
