At my school we have numerous events throughout the year that we encourage families to come to and participate in with their children. One of these events shown above is a night where we have parents come and make gingerbread houses at Christmas time.

I send out weekly emails to my parents that has information on what we did for the week and what we will be doing the coming week. It also includes any important dates that are coming up and any important reminders that we may have as well.

Bins in the center have Mutiple different block/toy options to choose from. Bins are low to be easily assessable for all children.

I use a line up system where the children hop in the line quietly. They know we have our eyes forward and our mouths quiet in the hall. We go over this before the line starts moving each time.
