I'm from Beijing which is the capital of China. And it is one of the biggest city in the world. As you know, Beijing is famous for its imperial history, there are lots of historical spots, such as the Palace Museum and the Great Wall. Travelling in Beijing, you may like to try Beijing duck and instant-boiled mutton, just like I do. I love Chinese food and I can find almost each kind of food from all the country in Beijing. This industry make young people can't focus on their own business on weekends, they just want hangout with their friends to go these entertainment places. I'm from Saudi Arabia specifically from Al-Khafji .It is famous for being close to the state of Kuwait .Also, fish of all kinds are the favorite meal among the people of Khafji because we have a sea . As for the weather in the winter is cold and in the summer is very very hot I don't like summer in Khafji for high temperatures and wet weather. Moreover, I like its strategic location and Khafji is one of the quietest cities with no noise. I hope to return to my home town soon because I missed.

I'm from Ecuador. This small country is located in South America, just in the middle of the planet. But, don't worry about it; it is not as hot as hell. In fact, in Ecuador you can find in such a small territory all climates you can imagine; everything is near by, not as far as 10 hour by car trip. Definitely this isn't my greatest day, but it was one of those great days. When I arrived to Huaraz after a 12 days alone mountain trail that was such as great day for me, because I proved to me that was possible as a result of determination and quite good physical condition. After a hard study-working year, finally I was able to take vacations, and those were my holidays: just walking alone and having time to myself.

I was supposed to be in Puerto Rico last weekend but had to cancel my trip. Instead I stayed in Milwaukee and my friend came to visit here. We went to a distillery on Thursday and had a tour. On Friday, we went to the beach and had a "fake Puerto Rico" day. On Saturday, we relaxed and went out to dinner. And on Sunday I had dinner with my family :)

I had a very nice weekend. On Friday, I went to gallery night and dinner with my friend. She's going to have a baby in a couple of weeks so it will probably be the last time I see her before that. On Saturday, I went to Chicago with my dad to meet my sister for her birthday. We went out to an Argentinian restaurant and had a great meal. On Sunday, I just relaxed and cleaned :)

I like when it gets cooler in the fall and you can go hiking and see the leaves changing colors. I also like to have bonfires outside with friends.

This weekend was different than previous. On Friday, after school, I went with some classmates to a Pakistani restaurant in the South, then I tried to watch a movie of the MKE Film Festival, but finally I remained at home and watched a movie on TV. However, Saturday and Sunday I went to the Villa in Lake Five. Was a very relaxing time to read and walk in the forest. I could't sailing nor kayaking even though I love it because I'm not completely recovered from my flu, maybe next time. Finally, yesterday afternoon we met some friends in their assisted living home at St. Camillus.
I like autumn because weather is cooler but not cold yet and every tree is so colorful, it's perfect time .

Tomorrow is the final exam!! How are you going to prepare for it? Share some of your study and relaxation tips!

One of the best ways to learn and memorize vocabulary is to use note-cards. Write the word on one side and on the other side write the definition/ translation. Study the note- cards until you know all the words backwards and forwards.

To relax after studying, I like to do something that doesn't require a lot of brain work. Things like going out for a drink with friends, watching a movie, or cooking are all good ideas :)
