Yes , in my point of view I have generation gap with my mum. Our generation gap isn't we don't share our feelings and things that happened on our life. On the contrary, the generations gap between us is our daily habits, due to my mum too concern about daily habits that might effect my health. For instance, bed time routine , bath time routine& etc.

T/S : We should not always listen to our parents as their idea might not always correct.

S/D 1: Basically, our parents have the responsibility to guide and lead us to do the right things but somehow they might make mistakes too, so as a child we should not just obey their instructions.

S/D 2: In addition, it does really bring us benefits if we always listen to our parents but in the meantime it might also make us over reliance on our parents and we would hardly distinguish right from wrong by our own.

S/D 3: However, we and our parents are born in different generation, which mean we would have different perspectives. Instead of just follow blindly to what our parents tell us, more importantly we ought to communicate and share more with them.

C/S : It is a good thing to obey our parent's instruction as we can gain knowledge from them but sometimes good communication will be more important because parents are not necessarily right.
