         <description><![CDATA[<p>"<strong><mark>Weight gain is a known side effect of the drugs</mark></strong>, but the new study is notable because it found far greater increases than had been seen in many previous trials. <strong><mark>Researchers tracked 272 children between the ages of 4 and 19 </mark></strong>who started taking various <strong><mark>brand-name antipsychotic drugs for the first time between 2001 and 2007.</mark></strong><mark> </mark>They found weight gains varied by drug but appeared to be <strong><mark>widespread across the entire class of medications, called atypical antipsychotic drugs."</mark></strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>If weight gain is a side effect of the false happiness that these drugs give, then more problems with insecurity pertaining to weight will arise, causing the prescription drug dosage to increase to fight off the mental reaction to this new weight gain. Giving kids a "solution" that has more problems then the original problem is not the answer. </p>]]></description>

In Oct. 2021, 21% of American adults wanted police budgets “<mark>increased a lot</mark>” and 26% wanted budgets “increased a little,” while 9% wanted <mark>police budgets</mark> “<mark>decreased a little” and 6% “decreased a lot</mark>.” 37% said budgets should “stay about the same.”</p><p><br/></p><p>some people want the police budget to be increased, in fact, a survey done in Oct 2021 showed that 47% of Americans wanted the budget to be increased, 21% wanted it to be increased a lot while 26% only wanted it to be increased a little. what about the other 54% of Americans though, well 37 % preferred it just stay as it is. </p>]]></description>

The prominent<mark> issue of capital punishment is killing an innocent person that was wrongfully convicted</mark>. <mark>Since 1973 according to the Death Penalty Information Center, over 185 mistakenly convicted prisoners on death row have been exonerated</mark>, pointing to a<mark> trend of erroneous death sentences</mark>. Similarly, more wrongly-convicted detainees have most likely been put to death. There have been dozens of instances in capital cases where there were discrepancies and questionable convictions. Shark finning kills a large quantaty of sharks yearly. Sharks are an apex predator that contributes largely to controlling the balance of prey vs predator in the ocean. The best way to control these animals' populations would be hunting that way we can track the number of animal population; while, also making money for the national game and parks allowing them to improve national parks so we can enjoy wildlife without them being in our backyards or in our car windshield. </p>]]></description>

In the r<mark>esults in 2019 </mark>by the NIH say, “Over half (56%) thought, the drugs reduced the problems they were prescribed for, but 27% thought they made them worse. Slightly fewer people found the drugs generally<mark> ‘helpful’ (41%)</mark> than found them ‘<mark>unhelpful’ (43%</mark>). While 35% reported that their ‘quality of life’ was <mark>‘improved’, 54%</mark> reported that it was made ‘worse’”.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>These drugs aren't as helpful as we thought</p><p> effects may only last during the time period taken </p><p><br/></p><p>People think that medicine is supposed to help and make you better according to this we can see that 43% of the people found it unhelpful. But we can also see that 54% reported made it worse. So what stopping these doctors from getting the best drug possible to help their patients?</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

Cartwright, a registered dietitian, and professor</mark>, states that “some pageant parents exhibit “princess by proxy,” a unique form of <mark>“achievement by proxy distortion”</mark> in which <mark>adults</mark> are driven primarily by the <mark>social or financial gains </mark>earned by their child’s accomplishments, regardless of the <mark>risk </mark>involved for the child.”</p><p> </p><p>If adults are driven by social or financial gains earned by their children's accomplishments in beauty pageants and are willing to take risks that might hurt the child, then they aren't thinking about their children and what is best for them. This leads to a toxic environment for these children to grow up in and in the end will hurt them. </p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
