A word wall serves as an interactive tool for students, that the teacher typically adds to each week. It often serves as a word bank in which students can pull words from, to include in their writing. As the year goes on, the works often become more and more advanced so that the students can expand their vocabulary.

Usually big books are used because they have larger text and bigger illustrations. Shared reading helps students feel successful and help the group support each other.

When teachers collaborate with their students, encouraging them to take turns reading the content, the children learn new vocabulary and acquire more sophisticated sentence structure. In an interactive read aloud, sharing ideas is common and the teacher engages his or her students as active participants. For example, the students are often asked to make predictions, repeat refrains, ask questions, identify big ideas, and make connections.

Students get the opportunity to work together to create a text and write a message while participating in interactive writing. The group of students, with the teachers help, write text on a large paper, piece by piece until it reads the intended message. This writing strategy is commonly used because the students get to practice writing high frequency words, are forced to apply phonics and their spelling skills, and they have the opportunity to write texts that they couldn't necessarily do independently.

Nice illustrations and descriptions. Be careful and reread your writing, as there are some grammatical errors present.
Just a couple things to keep in mind. Word walls are definitely utilized for writing instruction; however, word walls are an excellent resource for students learning to read high frequency words. Additionally, environmental print also includes those signs and logos within the classroom. Good job!
