         <description><![CDATA[<p>Zeendhy concepción ramón bautista </p><p>I believe robotics can both create and destroy jobs, but in the long term, it creates more opportunities than it takes away. Automation can replace some manual and repetitive jobs, especially in factories. This can cause unemployment if workers are not trained for new roles.</p><p>However, robotics also creates many new jobs in areas like design, programming, maintenance, and system control. In fields like mechatronics, we need engineers and technicians to build, install, and improve robots. As technology grows, the demand for skilled workers increases.</p><p>The key is education and training. If people learn new skills related to robotics and automation, they can find better and more interesting jobs. So, instead of seeing robotics as a threat, we should see it as a chance to evolve and improve our industries.</p>]]></description>
