The proposed three-phased mixed reality education program (MREP) plans to leverage this opportunity to the advantage of developing innovative synchronous and asynchronous learning program for nurses and medics which will assist clinicians in austere environments deliver patient care.

MREP's goal is to develop and enhance clinician knowledge and skills. MREP’s endstate is for this learning platform to be integrated into austere care by providing nurses and medics with a clinical pathway for telehealth through telemonitoring and telemedicine.
