         <description><![CDATA[<div>Quotes:<br>1. "On the day they were going to kill him, his mother thought he'd got his days mixed up when she saw him dressed in white. 'I reminded him that it was Monday,' she told me" (pg. 8).<br>2. "It had struck six" (pg. 14). "It was six twenty-five" (pg. 19).<br>3. "On the day they were going to kill him, Santiago Nasar got up at five-thirty in the morning to wait for the boat the bishop was coming on" (pg. 3).<br><br>Ideas:<br>1. Each chapter could be considered its own chronicle, because it is in chronological order.<br>2. However, the story refers back to previous events and discusses the past and then refers back to the present.<br><br>Question:<br>1.  What is considered a chronicle?</div>]]></description>
