know: today I know that the homepage design was very complex and hard to understand at first when trying to make it personal to you although after you figure some of this out, you can come out with some nice stuff. This is because of the overlays that you can use. It was good enough to make me believe I was using an editing software with the amount of options you have. you can also change the background to multiple things and have multiple of them. these could be images, colours and video, making creativity be unlimited in ways to show your best work. When you’re trying to fit images on an entire screen I used the stretch icon to make sure there was no change of background around the image I wanted to show off.

do: today I uploaded images of my favourite work onto a web page. I did this looking at images from work I did on level 2. I changed text that had been done by someone else and personalised it using the text tool that used when you click on text or I created text boxes if there happened no text boxes around. The text I used was very stylish and therefor made me look and, in some way, can make me come across as smart or professional. I have prepared my profile/logo image which has been created on illustrator and this image of me shows that I'm goofy person and I hope I attracted those sorts of people as I feel that they would have a better way of understanding me then people who are looking to find a professional standard of work, which you want find much as it isn’t tailored towards them. later this week I done my logo for my website which was a younger version of me in weird area to show the life I would like to live. later this week I done my about me and the contact me sections on my six pages. for my about me page I talked about myself and tried to come across as friendly as want it to be inviting to anyone as it shows my goofy personality and the person didn't have to start a conversation with me to get it. I added a thin black border around me about my page to make sure the audience would be easily focused my personal things and why I choose to do media as it may be a reason to influence someone into the media world. at the bottom of my page is the contact me, this was placed at the bottom as I took some notes from other websites and the majority have it as the last thing to look at as I think this is the least important to your audience and I know this, as when I go onto random websites I don't really care too much about how to contact them unless I have problem with them.


show: I showed my work website on wix however you are unable to view as I have not posted any link to it. I have images I used that are on showbie. I also have my own version of a homepage that I created using illustrator.

improve: something I want to for next time would be my layout. the layout that I have on wix is quite different to the one I created on illustrator as the colours and the image that I used seem to fit in well and it was my first time using it. if I was to make a homepage I would like to use illustrator for most of my background as there are more options on what could do with the layout. I want to be able to show a variety of work to my viewers so, next time I think I should add videos as it shows the majority of my skills. I need to improve on my description when talking about myself as I want people who look at my portfolio to know me without even having to have a conversation.  later this week I know that I need to improve how I present my work as I could've put this onto another page after clicking onto an interaction, I thought of this because I looked some other people’s work and I thought it looked smooth and also professional. I say this because I looked at websites such as league of legends, Garry's mod, Alienware and more professional companies have the same thing in common which I don't have in mine.
