I feel that maybe we can try to approach people in the cca we rarely talk to more so that we can get to know each other better

Maybe the teachers and cca leaders can allow us to play more bonding games and play them with us during cca when there’s time

As a cca member, I think I could treasure all the time that I had during cca or cca break time, if we have enough time , we can have more bonding time breaks and stuff.

I think the cca leaders and teachers are already doing their best to keep the connection between us, even though we don’t have bonding time , we can bond during training and help each other with the moves

As a member of the CCA, I can talk more to my fellow CCA members and try to avoid conflict to strengthen the bond between the CCA.

To help with inclusivity, I think the CCA leaders/ teachers can perhaps have a bit more bonding time and try to get everyone to know each other better, as CCA is a place for us to strive and work hard for our passion, but doing so in a environment where we don’t feel lonely, so we can strive together and not leave anyone out.

We can talk to each other more and get to know more about our peers and also teachers

Since it’s my second year in this cca, I feel that there’s a responsibility for us to help both the leaders and the sec ones that just joined us, this can help to enlighten the workload of the leaders and at the same time teach the second things they haven’t learnt before

I understand my role as a CCA member and my responsibilities such as listening to the teachers and leaders instruction, try my best to be punctual, and attending every CCA training as possible

i can approach my teammates when i see that they feel lonely or left out and help them out when i see them struggling with learning the dance moves.

the cca leaders/teachers can organise more bonding activities during cca sessions to forge a stronger sense of inclusivity as a cca. through these activities, we can forge stronger bonds with our peers and get to each other better, we can also learn abt the weaknesses and strengths of our peers and help each other out for the better of our cca.

To better foster cooperation and cohesion, I think the leaders have already asked for our cooperation. We need to listen to them and try our very best to cooperate.

I think I may have diligence as I do my duties. Like warm up duty and cleaning duty. I always remember my duties and carry them out.

CCA leaders can help to forge a stronger sense of inclusive by having more bonding time.

however, the cca still works pretty well with one another during the prep for performances as everyone would be there to help one another with different aspects like makeup or costumes.

As we still need to improve on sense of urgency and punctuality, cooperation and discipline

we can have better cooperation by listening to the leaders and don’t be like so slow

We can be more cooperative and we could practice the right moves more. To improve our dance, we could stretch more to increase flexibility and agility.

I think to increase our stamina we can do extra warmups at home like leg raise and calf raises etc, cos what the leaders said that the cca standard dropping so maybe we can take the chance to improve the stamina and strength.

Even not at training we could do warmup at home.

My parents prob can’t come

my parents not free during weekdays because of work

my parents are working during the weekdays and are still quite busy during the weekends

My parents are very busy with work during the weekdays and during the weekends they are not very free as they need to run errands and send my sibling for tution.
