I think that an innocent person wrongly convicted and impressed is more unjust. I think this is more unjust because everyone is innocent until proven guilty and not everyone has a fair trail as police sometimes have their eye on a certain person and will find evidence that makes them look guilty. Our justice system is in place to make sure an innocent person doesn't go to jail.

In my opinion, a guilty person who is acquitted and set free is more unjust. I believe this to be true because it is unfair to the victim and to society as a whole because it has allowed a known criminal to roam free without having served time for his crime which does not allow for a continuously safe environment for everyone. I also think that it is not justice for the victim and/or their family because not only do they have to live with what that person has done, they will also never have peace of mind. Finally as we just learned in the Magna Carta, no one is above the law so a guilty person set free does not follow the Great Charter of our country.

I think that a guilty person who is acquitted is more unjust then an innocent person being imprisoned. I think this is more unjust because an innocent person once they are released will probably not commit any crimes. But a guilty person who is set free and out in public can commit crimes and can continue to commit crimes until put into jail and those crimes could be devastating to the community or country .

I think that a person who is found guilty but is acquitted more unjust. If you had intentions and thoughts to commit a crime before, the likelihood of a criminal doing it again especially if they are acquitted is very likely. I also believe it is very unfair and upsetting that a guilty person gets to walk free, they could have murdered someone etc.

In my opinion, a guilty person who is acquitted and set free is more unjust. Having a criminal roaming free can be very dangerous to the public. They have committed a crime before, so the likelihood that they will commit a crime again is very high. It is also very unfair to the victims, as well as the family of the victims because this person has ruined their lives, and in order to have closure and be able to move on, they need justice. Without this, the victim will constantly be living in fear, and it will be hard for them to find peace. If this person is able to go about their daily life without facing any consequences, then people will begin to lose faith in our justice system. People might start thinking that it's okay to commit crimes.

I think this because everyone is innocent until proven guilty, and sometimes the police give evidence in court that could be false or twisted, to make the person seem like they aren't innocent when they are. Once the police ruin the innocent persons trial, there is nothing that innocent person can do in jail.

I believe that an innocent person wrongly convicted and imprisoned is more unjust. This is because and individual whom is guilty lives in fear and has a guilty conscience which is torture itself. They also have the opportunity to fix their mistakes and to become a better person. However an innocent individual is trapped and doesn't have any freedom or ability to get help or prove their innocence. Their life is ruined for absolutely no reason.

I believe that an individual who is wrongfully convicted and imprisoned is more unjust because, you are imprisoning someone who has done no wrong(in this case) and also stripping them of their freedom and future goals. For instance, the murderer who has been set free has a chance to fix their mindset and change their ways, but the innocent person must live with a guilty mind and carry a burden that is not for them to carry.
