Activity 1

On our first day we started the project with a lot of energy with a few games to get to know each other better. We played human bingo and a clastic dating game where we found out more about our group.

In the second session we played a few team building games to strenghten the bond between the members of the group.

After a short but very welcomed lunch break we continued our journey establishing the ground rules for our project. After we agreed to the proposals for rules, we express our expectations, fears and contributions for the project. We also introduced 2 group dinamics, the stipka game and the positivity box (where participants can leave nice taughts for each other).

The day ended with a small Mission Impossible around the venue. Teams had to create some digital content related to blockchin and cyber security while exploring key points aroud the campus. Before ending, we did a reflection activity in order to remember all the activities that we had today.

Energiser

On day 2 we started strong with 2 energisers hosted by the romanian team set the pace for the rest of the day. They also set the pace for the other national teams to continue on the following datys

We kicked off the day with a session about erasmus+ opportunities. The participants researched on their own about some key actions and what each of them means and prepared some flipcharts. Then they discused together about the opportunities and we build a network for future colaboration.

Activity 2

The second session of the day was about the Youthpass certificate and how we can complete it. Each competence was associated with a mervel hero. The participants engaged in a roleplay, where each teams presented in 2 minutes a competence of the youthpass. The group was then asked to guess wich competence they were representing. After the guessing game there was a discussion about what the competence means and how we can develop it.

During the third session of the day, the participants researched about crypto - related scams in their home countries and data about blockchain application. We then had a group discussion where we compared the data and found out about our diffrences.

Activity 4

To wrap up the day, we played a card game focused on social inclusion. The participants were split into 6 teams and each had their own table where they recived a diffrent set of rules and we made complete silence in the room. When someone won the game at their table they swiched to a diffrent one and they had to understand the new rules without talking. There were very strong emotions, people were frustrated but they instantly corelated the game with social inclusion.

Romanian Cultural Night

The day ended with an amazing event: Romanian Cultural Night. We have prepared traditional foods, songs and dances in order to spread the information about our ways of living. Everybody was involved in the games that the Romanian team had prepared for this event and to wrap it up nicely, the traditional songs were performed live, with help from other youths active in our association.

We kicked of the day with our first niche activity, a political style debate where participants created a political identity and desemnated a leader to candidate for the position of financial minister while basing their campgain about misconception about crypto. After they delivered their speech, we printed voting ballots and simulated an election.

After lunch, the participants had a more emotional session, they stood in a line and the facilitator read some statements and if the participants considered it applied to them they were to take a step forword. The participants realised that not everybody has acces to the same opportunities and they should include everyone no matter their background.

Participants joined a dynamic treasure hunt across Iași, exploring landmarks like Palatul Culturii and Central Square. At each stop, they completed creative challenges linking blockchain concepts with local culture, blending urban exploration with fun, hands-on crypto learning.

Polish Cultural Night

During the Polish Cultural Night, participants immersed themselves in tradition by dancing to lively music, tasting authentic Polish dishes, and enjoying interactive activities, creating a joyful atmosphere of cultural exchange, friendship, and shared celebration.

The day began with a visit to the Amazon Development Centre, where participants toured the offices and attended an engaging presentation on scams and digital safety, gaining valuable insights into protecting themselves in the digital world.

After lunch, participants signed the necessary papers and received welcome packs with a project t-shirt, reusable bottle, and pen. The session ended on a festive note as everyone celebrated Ruveyda’s birthday together with cake and smiles.

In the afternoon, participants teamed up in pairs to research two real crypto news stories and create one fake. They then interviewed a campus student to spot the fake, finishing by explaining the basics of crypto in an interactive way.

In the evening, participants enjoyed an extra activity by attending the Iași Rally, experiencing the excitement of the event together and discovering a lively side of the city beyond the project activities.
