1- Stood up in front of my new group at college and told people about myself. I included things about family, my job and my friends.
2-  This helped my communication skills because i had to speak to new people and tell them about me.
3- I didn't want to get up at the front but i built the courage to do it and it actually wasn't that bad.
4- Not to be as nervous at the beginning and think everyone in the class had to do it so everyone is in the same situation. 

Evidence 2-
1- To get into Barnsley college I had a phone call asking what my GCSE's were and what level they would put me down for the course.
2- I spoke to people that I had never seen before and I had to build courage up to speak to them about me and I had to get to know them as well.
3- I managed to tell the person I was speaking to and I told them all the information that they needed. Also the told me what level they think I would be working at, however when I came and spoke to people in the college they said I will be going onto level 3.
4- To improve I need to make sure that I'm a bit more confident and I could have brought physical copies of my grades.
Evidence 3-
1- I went to have a chat with saffron about have I feel with me feeling a bit overwhelmed.
2- it helped my communication skills because i held a conversation for a long period of time.
3- I got a lot of things off of my chest and it made me feel a lot more better.

At NCS we had to work on teams to do our climbing, and raft building. 
We all successfully managed to build our raft and stay on it, we also managed to communicate as a team. 
when we was raft building some people didn't help everyone and just stood there so it took longer than it should.  
I would change the time of the year that we went because it was really cold when we went.  

Evidence 2- Attack 
we worked as a team to catch the other group with were acting as terrorist and we had to catch them. 
we managed to get most of the terrorist even when they tried escaping. 
the other team took it a bit too far and was a bit rough. 
i would change how the other group was working with us because they was taking it too far. 

Evidence 3- WORK
At work when we are singing happy birthday to customers we have to work as a team to get the cake ready and for us all to sing happy birthday. 
we all manage to get there and help each other so that we can give the customers the best experience. 
sometimes there isn't that many of us so to sing happy birthday and to help with the cake so it takes longer. 
when we don't have a lot of people I would change how many people are with us so that we can get it done faster.
