We have learned from Mirlène and we hope that we offered her an enriching assignment as well. Under Mirlène’s leadership, the Business Intelligence and Strategic Projects Section (BISP) has served the Charities Directorate well by publishing the Charity Observer and the Charities Directorate Spotlight on a regular basis. BISP also introduced a special nine-series bulletin focusing on the impact of the pandemic on the charitable sector, launched the case law repository, brought new energy to the HAU project and drafted the 2020 BI Report. We wish Mirlène well as she prepares for her final assignment with the ALDP. Stay in touch Mirlène! 



Au cours des dix-huit derniers mois, Mirlène nous a fait part de son parcours en matière de leadership dans le cadre de sa deuxième affectation au sein du Programme de perfectionnement en leadership de l’Agence (PPLA). Nous en avons appris grâce à Mirlène et nous espérons que nous lui avons également offert une affectation enrichissante. Sous la direction de Mirlène, la Section de l’intelligence d’affaires et de la planification stratégique (RESP) a bien servi la Direction des organismes de bienfaisance en publiant régulièrement pour la Direction des organismes de bienfaisance le Regard sur la bienfaisance et le Plein feux. L’RESP a également mis en place un bulletin spécial de neuf séries mettant l’accent sur l’incidence de la pandémie dans le secteur de la bienfaisance, a lancé le répertoire de la jurisprudence, a apporté une nouvelle énergie au projet des fichiers HAU et a rédigé l’ébauche du rapport sur l’intelligence d’affaires de 2020. Nous souhaitons beaucoup de succès à Mirlène alors qu’elle se prépare pour sa dernière affectation au PPLA.
