Management issues. 
Teachers can be get scared and not want to use it because they feel the students know more about this then them (in some cases! Not all the time!)

But when used well/appropriately/inovatively it keeps  students actively involved in and in charge of their own learning.

The idea of using technology for the sake of it is something I don’t agree with. However, we feel it should only be used with a clear goal in sight and in a meaningful way. Alot of our experience has shown usong tech is tricky when it comes to our subjects. It's easier to integrate in practical subjects more than abstract subjects (English).
