Newsela allows me to take the same current events article and adjust the Lexile Score.          <description><![CDATA[<div>There are a number of tools that my school is already utilizing but there are some that I think would be beneficial if they were implemented throughout the school. Remind is an app that is used by only some teachers but I think it would be a great platform for the whole school to use and for all teachers. <br><br>I also think in my district, we could benefit from more SMART Board training. There are many teachers who have SMART Boards that they don't really know how to use. Having some basic training for teachers who need to learn the basics of the SMART Boards and then having some more advanced training for those who have mastered the basics. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the Google Chrome Extension and Apps is one of the most important resources. Many of those resources are so easily implemented and are an easy tool to introduced to teachers of all different technology levels. <br><br>I also think the Teq Professional Development website is a great tool for teachers to see all the different types of online webinars that are available. This also helps to meet teachers were they are in their knowledge of technology. </div>]]></description>
