-To allow students to express who they are, for who they are.
- Create a classroom where students are the teachers.
-Provide students with opportunities that are equitable no matter race, gender, religion, etc.
-In relation to our reading, "Living in a white dominant context, we receive constant messages that we are better and more important than people of color" (DiAngelo, p. 63). This resonates with me as I am a white individual because I want to end the stigma of this and create a classroom that breaks this message, especially when students of color face this everyday.
