This was the first time I realized that I wanted to work with children. After I moved from Redhill to Pottstown I started to volunteer at the YWCA Tri-county Area in Pottstown. After volunteering for a year I was offered a part time position in the summer camp program. After seeing the protentional that I had to offer they offered me a full-time position in the school-age program. after working in the school-age I realized I wanted to work in the preschool room. I quickly changed rooms and became a co-teacher in the Preschool room. I again switched rooms and joined the Prek Counts team in the YWCA.
