Richer populations of the city (considered top 2 most productive metro area of India)&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;- Green roofs model in Berlin — centralises on local action/authority on climate change, how this is increasingly common in global cities<br>- Consider a similar approach to Sydney — particularly the city centre (areas such as Haymarket, Circular Quay etc have something like 90% of their buildings with flat roofs; making them ideal locations) </div>]]></description>
