The estimated 2016 population's of New-York is :  8,537,673.
The new-York city is a gigantic city, it has a lot of diversity. It´s a city of 8 million inhabitants left on 5 big district : Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, State Island. The city has numerous cultures, with a District of each of these cultures (Chinese,  Italian, Russian, Polish, Jewish, Hispanic, Afro-American...) , ethnics groups, religions and includes more of 200 different nationalities and 170 languages.


New York is also known for its shows, theaters of Broadway, museums. There is always something both day or night. The most famous monuments are the statue of liberty, empire State building, and Brooklyn bridge.
The most renowned places are : 
Central PARC : the Italian green place with these 341 hectares
Broadway : international district theater
The empire State building : the most famous building of the world
Wall street : district of the finance New York.


The city is known for its billionaires, its beautiful districts, its luxuries stores but also for the poverty and the criminality. 
In his history, New York has two painful past, we think of attack of 11 September 2001 when planes collided World Trade Center's twin towers with important damage material but also the death of thousands nobody. We also heard in the 70s the highest rate of criminality of the history of New York or still the famous stock-exchange crash.
In the day of today, New York finds all his vitality and his energy.
