         <description><![CDATA[<div>A chance to really work through the problem together, going back and forth between individual and then group reflection.  This requires open communication, a space to share ideas without being judged or put down (it even letting poor ideas come up to discussion).  'Real life' tasks with 'real life' roles could make this work.<br><br></div>]]></description>
