Acquisition of Hikmah

In Islam, ḥikmah (حِكْمَة) means wisdom, sound judgment, and the ability to apply knowledge correctly in the right context. It is a noble trait, and Allah grants it to whom He wills.

Allah says in the Qur’an:

“He grants wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever is granted wisdom has indeed been granted much good…”

(Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:269)

And The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Wisdom is the lost property of the believer, wherever he finds it, he has a right to it.”

(Tirmidhi)

Means that never stop seeking wisdom, even if it comes from unexpected sources. Every moment can be a lesson if your heart is open.

So in my understanding, gaining hikmah is a journey that makes you more radiant from the inside out. Always stay close to Allah, be sincere, and never stop learning. Your heart is already so soft and beautiful, and with hikmah, it becomes even stronger and sweeter
