         <description><![CDATA[<div>Each day you get a certain amount of points which are calculated by weight and height and how much you want to lose, and each food has a different value of points. You can eat what you want but once you eat through those points then that's it for the day. Except for some foods that have 0 points such as boneless, skinless chicken and turkey breast, tofu, eggs, etc.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This seems like a pretty good idea. The fact that you can eat what you want is nice. The only real downside is that you may not be able to eat as much as you want. The points system would work well too. Overall this seems like a healthy diet too, there are restrictions but you should be able to get your daily nutrients</div>]]></description>
