My name is Ludis Picon, and I'm from Colombia. I'm currently a student studying radiology technology. At 40 years old, I am single and have two lovely daughters. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my daughters and our dog.

 

My name is Ludis Picon, and I'm from Colombia. I'm currently a student studying radiology technology. At 40 years old, I am single and have two lovely daughters. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my daughters and our dog.

I reside in Valledupar on 17ª Street and 29 Avenue in the Edgardo Pupo Neighborhood. I live in a cozy house with my daughters and our dog. The neighborhood is peaceful and tranquil, with a charming park nearby for relaxation. Additionally, there's a convenient grocery store just across the street, making shopping a breeze. Our house features an inviting outdoor terrace, a spacious dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own closet, bed, and night table. We also have a pleasant yard adorned with a table and four chairs, providing an ideal spot for relaxation and gatherings.

My daily routine starts with waking up early in the morning, usually at 5:00 or 6:00 am, depending on my schedule for the day. I typically skip breakfast, but when I do have it, I enjoy eggs and arepa around 7 or 8 am. I commute to work or university on my motorcycle. Lunchtime is at 12:15 pm, and my usual meal consists of rice, chicken, and plantains. After work or university, I back home around 7:00 pm. I prepare dinner for my daughters and myself, take care of some light house cleaning, and then retire to bed around 10:00 pm. On weekends, when I'm not working, I often visit my mom's house. As for my English studies, I dedicate time once a week to improving my language skills.

¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?

El saber nuevos idiomas es una puerta abierta al mundo, la comunicación es la base de las relaciones, que personas se puedan comunicar a través de mi en mi área de trabajo ya que trabajo con seres humanos, imaginar que puede haber un extranjero de habla inglesa en circunstancias de emergencia y poder ayudarlo. Lo que he aprendido es algo muy importante, es un conocimiento básico y sencillo pero importante.
