B. Write a short story beginning with: “I followed the strange animal and suddenly…

I followed the strange animal and suddenly, the grass turned into jelly. My shoes had a frog-like bounce! The squirrel, dressed in a tutu, sang opera before disappearing into a teacup. I landed on a floating pancake after diving in after it. Spoons danced in circles, and whipped cream formed clouds. I was offered invisible tea by a multi-talented person.

I felt satisfied after taking no more than a sip. Everything was turned upside down when a clock sneezed. A talking fish said, “Welcome.” “The backwards race is just around the corner!”

I turned to see animals running on spaghetti. A penguin handed me a tiny whistle and instructed me to play it if the moon began to dance. I didn't ask why.

It was all weird enough already. The black and white squares on the ground turned into cheese. Cupcakes were being used in a game by trees. After yelling, "I won!" one tree transformed into candy. Then I was picked up by a large bubble that looked like a nose. A field of teapots whispered as we passed over it. We went down close to a massive talking sandwich. “Bonsoir,” it said. Watch out—mustard is dropping! I took a nod.

The squirrel then returned. It had a small glasses on and was riding a snail. "It's time," it said, pointing to a door painted in the sky. I returned to my room after entering through the sky door. A spoon paused after blinking twice. Was it a dream? Perhaps. However, I got a smirk from the teacup on my desk.

I followed the strange animal and suddenly the forest froze.

The wind, the leaves, even the birds, everything stopped. The silver-antlered deer was waiting for me near a tree with blue leaves .

He knelt down. Yes knelt down.

A voice echoed in my head :

“ You are ready the other world opens it doors to you “

I moved forward. I entered the tree. There was a glace palace, beings with beautiful wings, a feeling of immense lightness.

“Welcome, lost heir”

Then… I woke up. In a hospital room.

Around me, my parents, doctors.

“You were in a coma for 1week”, my mother said, crying.

But in my hand… a fragment of blue wood.

I followed the strange animal and suddenly he stoped in front if a tree. He was the size of a cat with a jaguar fur and a big rabbit head with protruding yellow eyes. He tried to spoke to me but i didn't undrstood anything : he was just barking.

After that he brewed a strange potion with mushrooms and flowers in a glass bottle. He threw the potion on the floor : purple particles appeared on the floor and the grass disappeared. We fell into the hole created by the potion and i scream very loud while the strange animal was flying. The fall seemed like it was infinite : the wall were covered by chocolate and vanilla ice cream and money coins were falling with us on the sides. When i dropped on the ground, the landing was really smooth because the floor was actually marshmallow.

I started to run into wall of ice cream to dig an exit because the strange animal disappeared during the fall. To dig those walls, i started to eat the ice cream when i heard a scream. I started to panick so i ran faster and suddenly, i woke up on a bench in the garden of house : i had an ice cream pot in my left and with a Alice in wonderland 's book.

I followed a strange animal and suddenly I Saw a kind of fog, a fog colored with pink and green...Who had me hypnotized then I followed the rabbit inside . But after barely one step I started to fall in the void but this fall into the void but this fall felt heavy to me into the void but this fall felt heavy to me so I didn't even realize when I landed on some kind of clouds on which I could walk ,on which there were a wide variety of trees each adorned with flowers and leaves with shapes and colors I had never seen before , it's was so beautiful and strange at the same time. And suddenly a face appeared on one of the trees I was admiring, and it began to speak to me, I heard it distinctly and I understood it; « Hiiii little creature, what are you and where do you come from?» and I said «I'm Alice, I'm a girl, and I'm from Earth? Where am I?». He replied, "You are in the dream world, do you wish to stay or go home?" and I replied that I wished to go home, so he said, "Then follow the clouds, they will shine for you and show the right path.." so I followed these clouds which shone with a thousand colors... Alice started getting tired as her grip was getting weaker, it harder to hold on the creature because it was becoming more and more aggressive towards Alice’s grip. Her sore arm finally broke the grip and she fell in an endless fall.

All of a sudden she was laying in the fields, tears dripping from her eyes, and her cat sleeping by her.

 I followed a strange animal and suddenly it stopped, turned around, and said, “Do you have your passport to the Kingdom of left socks?”

I said, “What?”

It just nodded at me and sneezed a cloud of glitter.

The créature looked like a racoon, a fridge, and my weird uncle Gérard. But the worst part was definitively the haircut ; my God, a mullet but upside down. On the top of its head, was a croissant still warm. We walked through a desert made entirely of melted ice scream.  Every step we made sounded like « Arahhhhhhhhhyaaaaa ». Then Steve (the animal) handed me a banana. It exploded. « Sorry » he said, « wrong banana ».

Next thing I remember, we were riding flying baguettes, chased by angry flamengos wearing crocs. Steved yelled et me and said « Use the dance of confusion » so I did the Macarena dance while throwing fishs. And it worked.

Then we landed in a nightclub holded by snails. Steve’s hair started playing techno musique and one of the snails shouted « It’s him ». His hair turned into a banana launcher, with cashew nuts and a Molotov cocktail. Then everything exploded into cheese.

I woke up in my bed, holding croissant and steve voice echoed in my head : « Next Time, bring your socks with you ».

The cat turned its back on me without saying anything. It started to run and disappeared into a hollow in a tree. I ran after it and I squeezed myself into it. I found myself in a sort of corridor made of bramble bushes. I made my way into it crawling on the ground. After what felt like hours I arrived at the entrance of a glade I stood up and started walking, looking all around me seeing all sorts of weird bird and pig hybrids doing loops in the sky, flying giraffes and body parts playing around. I started running, bursting out laughing feeling like everything was a dream. I tripped on a root and fell down a hole, before landing on a weirdly soft and fluffy surface. I looked around for a bit, everything was dancing flowers and singing trees. I kept on laughing and felt like I couldn't stop. I saw the black cat that I followed down here and I greeted it. He

then looked at me weirdly and said: "You can talk!" Just at this moment, i realised that what i wad layibg on was a giant cat when he started moving like he was tryna get me off. Then he disappeared and everything went black before i heard the cat say again:"You can talk!

-Yes Mr cat" i said before opening my eyes to a big bottle of pills and a nurse that i was hugging and was saying again and again that i could finally talk again and that she was so relieved. It felt like a betrayal and i started crying and decided to empty up the pill bottle and everything went black and peaceful again!
