         <title>ID check application submission confusion</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>There's a recurring issue for students applying through ID check app, when they do not need to upload any supporting documents. They don't realise that they still need to progress and confirm through the supporting document section before their application is submitted to a caseworker. It's currently misleading as the application shows as submitted even when this section isn't complete and it is not with a caseworker.</p><p><br/></p><p>Could the wording and presentation make this clearer and less confusing. </p>]]></description>
