         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>An individual with multiple disabilities is a combination of disabilities such as a mental disability paired with blindness or an orthopedic impairment.</p></li><li><p>Deaf-blindness is a separate category where an individual has both a hearing impairment and a visual impairment. </p></li><li><p>Orthopedic Impairments are severe and caused by a congenital anomaly.</p><p>(ex: clubfoot).</p></li><li><p>Other health impairments can limit strength, vitality, or alertness, or heightened alertness to environmental stimuli.</p></li></ul><p>(lecture notes)</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
