It's a hobby in which I can endlessly fail and start over again, sharpen and cultivate—all while being my complete self. Another hobby of mine is reading. Being innovative and creative-minded is an addition to leadership, which allows you to create new things be motivated and open-minded. Lastly, an encouraging and positive attitude invigorates others to do well.
