In the future there will probably be less newspapers because today mostly older people read them, younger people prefer reading online.

But if we are critics and we know how to avoid them I think that we will be able to be well informed. The biggest fact-checking websites in Finland are Yle and Mtv. In Finland almost all medias are really trustworthy and disinformation is really not a big problem.
In the future news will probably be kind of the same as now, but maybe a little more trustworthy cause people are just now getting to know about disinformation, and starting to fix the problems.

In the future I think fake news will be more popular and published more often since the technology is better every year and more people know how to use it.
Social media might become way more popular than TV or Radio or even newspapers, which is already happening in younger generations. People will be connected all the time and everything might be much faster.

future of information what its like?

In Slovenia, if I want fact-checked and well written news, I watch 24-ur (24-hours)
I watch news about technology and computer stuff on the internet (youtube, tiktok, forums, technology news sites, ...).
I also like some political news from America, but I dont get them from news websites; I prefer hearing the truth from the people on Tiktok and Youtube. They talk more about how workers are at this point slaves to corporations, how their economy is slowly dying and their experiences with medical,school debt and much more.

I don't know if we have many fact-checking websites.

I think that social-media can ve a great source of information and it's the next way of spreading news. You get to know how the general population feels and what it wants and what is wrong. But relying on the people can be dangerous. The risk of fake news being spread is very high and nothing is fact-checked. Instagram solved this problem by putting warnings and automatic fact-checks on misleading posts.

News publishers are slowly moving towards social media, so It'll become a great way of getting news very soon.

I think it would be better because we will verify all the information to don't repeat the past mistakes with the fake news cause they have bad consequences that we have lived before.  Also faster and bigger cause the technology will be better and we will have more ways to find information and share it.
