         <description><![CDATA[<div>The day after our iPad Roll-Out I witnessed so many ways that technology was being implemented!  One way was the use of the stoplight for appropriate use and management in the classroom. Red - iPad put away.  Yellow - we will be using the iPads soon.  Green - in use. Along with this management technique, I saw ticket out the door through a QR code for lesson reflection.  My teachers are jumping right in!!</div>]]></description>
