12.We must set a regular meeting time. This can also be flexible according to the partners' decision.

In this way, they created a common project. A dealine and meeting date was given them via a meeting poster shared and pinned to Twinspace.Students had one week to complete Google Slide and they were supposed to present it during the meeting.
