Our hot tub lodges are perfect for those seeking something a bit more special, and let’s be honest, nothing sounds more indulgent than taking a well deserved dip in your own private hot tub whilst taking in the wonderful surroundings that our rural park has to offer.

Sleeping up to six people in 3 bedrooms, these lodges benefit from an open plan living space consisting of a kitchen, dining and lounge area.

Our holiday homes are set in different sections of the park, each with its own unique feel.

Graplin is at the furthest western end of the park, next to the 18-hole golf course and from where visitors have direct access to the woodland and coast walks

West End is nearer the sea; holidaymakers similarly can easily join the woodland walk from here and holiday homes here are the closest to our all-tide slipway.

Whinnymuir and Hillside are near the leisure club.

Many of our holiday homes are privately owned but we keep a select number for holiday lets.

Each cabin has a fridge, microwave, kettle, lighting, heating, foam mattresses and sleeps up to four. Outside there is timber decking with outdoor furniture and parking.

For customers who have a dog, please ask at time of booking for a pet friendly glamping cabin, so fido can have a holiday too!

The toilet block, laundry and children’s play area is a short walk away.

Wi-Fi is available on the park (free at the Leisure Club) .

The former mill, which still has its original water wheel, is spacious, catering for up to eight people. The large kitchen is well-equipped; there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs you’ll find a lounge, double bedroom and shower room while the mill’s wheel is a feature piece in the cottage’s sunroom.

Pets are welcome so long as they don’t climb on the furniture. Please remember to bring their own beds/cages and they must not be left alone in the cottage. The garden is fenced but not proofed against a determined terrier!

Some are pitch only, others come with electric, electric with tv hook-up and fully serviced with electric, tv hook up, drinking water tap and waste water hook up. Due to the rural location of Brighouse Bay and the surrounding hills means we do not get a strong television signal.

The pitches are close to both our toilet blocks with laundry facilities and are within running distance of the children’s play park!

Please ask reception for details at time of booking, so we can provide you with the right pitch for your needs.

We are quite rural meaning some pitches get limited television reception. To hook up you require a coax cable which plugs one end into your television and the other into the hook up provided. If you do not have your own cable, one can be hired from reception on your arrival.

If you have any problems please contact reception and we will do our best to resolve it.
We have free Wi-Fi in the Leisure Club whilst you enjoy its facilities. We also have paid Wi-Fi at the touring pitches.

We have the beach foreshore and lovely off-the-lead walks in the wood and along the coastal path to enjoy.

We have motorhome/tourer service points. Gas bottles of varying sizes are sold in our on-site licenced shop, as well as the essential milk, rolls, sweets, groceries and gifts.

Choose a seven or twelve month season on a pitch sheltered by trees and natural stone dyke walls. Our pitches are hardcore for your convenience.

Your electricity is metered.

Wi-Fi is available at the Leisure Club for free.

A peaceful, wildlife haven yet with a café, bar lounge and the buzz of free evening weekend entertainment at our Leisure Club, during the summer.

Unlimited beach access: sit on the sand as you watch your dog run free on the beach and race around with other dogs. Our coastal and woodland walks are ideal for off-lead outings.

We have a dog tie-up lead at our reception, a water bowl with rain water harvested from the roof and our licenced convenience shop which sells the essentials for dogs. We also have a Dog Wash, where you can wash your dog and also their bedding. Tokens available at the shop.

Dogs are welcome in the Cafe in the Leisure Club, (the tiled area, not in any area with carpet) so that our guests with dogs can enjoy snacks or dinner together all year round. We provide water bowls outside and have picnic tables too so you can sit outside in the warmer months if you prefer.

Some children and adults are scared of dogs so we ask that dogs are kept on leads in the park and, of course, you pick up your dog’s poo.
