Conflict: Mallory and Jared have an argument if they should follow the field guide. They realized they had to keep the field guide in the circle to protect it from the goblins.

Characters: Mallory, Jared and Simon

Theme: Jared Simon and Mallory are fighting to keep the field guide safe, Good over evil.

The setting and conflict affect my character because when Jared and Mallory have to work together they don't do to well because they don't get along well.

The one way I feel for Jared is not being able to see his dad and not able to see any of his family members like his grandparents

I wonder how the story would have gone if Jared and his family didn’t move into  Aunt Lucinda’s old house.


I can relate to my character Jared because he likes to adventure in the woods and I like to do that to, we are both very active and adventurous and we both like being outside.
