First prepare the salsa. Boil the chile california, when it's ready, blend it with garlic, a piece of onion, and a little bit of salt. After the salsa, fry the tortillas for about 5 seconds on each side. Add shredded Mexican cheese in the middle of the tortillas. Roll the tortillas and put the sauce on top. After the sauce, put a little bit of cheese and chopped onions.
